Lighthouse Hospice offers care for patients and their families coping with life-limiting illnesses. Our program emphasizes quality of life and symptom control. Our Hospice team is comprised of highly-skilled and dedicated professionals who specialize in easing physical, emotional, and spiritual discomfort which often accompanies a limited life expectancy. We develop individualized care plans to meet our patients' and families' special needs. Comprehensive care for the dying and their families is provided by an Interdisciplinary Team of caregivers who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
